Comment: Thanks for the nice package - I've never rated down for anything being mailed late before, however when I messaged you to say I hadn't received it you didn't say you'd posted late but just suggested it was delayed in the post t and I should wait. When it arrived it was postmarked a week after the swap date. I messaged you asking about that and received no reply. I'm rating down because of the total lack of communication - if you had warned me you would be mailing late or apologised for posting late when I said I thought it was missing, it would have been fine.
