I am a reall pork chop lover and so this is one of those recipes I will be putting near the top of the "Try Soon" stack. What I like about it too, is that it is a simple recipe--not lots of ingredients and not lots of steps. This has been such a great swap because all involved have sent such varied kinds of recipes, in my case anyway. I think I will have an interesting recipe book.
