I am sorry that you "resent" the rating. It is fair based on the requirement for the swap to be sent by May 24, and you did not mark sent until May 30. I contacted you numerous times if you were willing to re-send and despite your promises to re-send, I did not receive the swap until I gave you the 1 rating.

Comment: I received a lovely resend on this swap with wonderful extras. The ATC is gorgeous and much appreciated. The 3-rating is for sending late on both the original swap (due date was 25 Apr; pressed sent 03 May) and then upon me contacting you, you said you resent the swap on 13 June, but it was postmarked on 18 June via metered reading (you sent it directly from the PO, not a stamped-in-mailbox method). You did not communicate late sending to me on either occasion (I had to initiate communication all the way through). It also seems that there is a history of late sending in your ratings, even though you got 5's for them.
