The book sort of crosses boundaries in the sense that it can be read as fiction (or non-fiction, depending), as both story and/or a spiritual, new age, self-help type of thing. It is very fluid in that sense, and hopefully this will come across in the work. Right now, it's a bit of a hot mess! Good luck with your strength training! It is hard to stay motivated during the holiday season, but we can do it. :-)
