Response: ok i'm in total shock you're giving me this 3. it's TOTALLY unfair. for those who need to know what happened here: i mistakenly mixed up my swaps & sent 2 glenda the good witch partners my 2 queen of heart partners cards and vice versa. i did send early on this swap though so when i got a message from the one partner saying she got the wrong atc i IMMEDIATELY wrote all my partners about the mix up and they had also got the wrong ATCs so they all agreed to send the cards back so they could go to the right partners. thankfully all my partners were honest about sending back & AS SOON AS i got the atcs i was in such a rush to send them out to the right partners that it totally slipped my mind i was supposed to include the extras. at this point the atcs had been sent but i sent the partners for the queen of hearts atcs their extras at a different time right after i realized i forgot (a day or so). we were hit with TWO MAJOR SNOW STORMS so even though i sent those over 2 weeks ago i have no control over the weather and what the post office is like because of the weather conditions. the ENTIRE time i wrote you asking if you got the extras & stayed in contact trying to make sure things were ok. and now you give me a 3!? for what exactly?! the cards were there on time, although i did send the wrong ones, it was a mistake that i fixed right away (i believe even the resend was on time). and i even sent all my partners a stamp to cover the one they had to use to send back. yes i forgot the extras but i realized it and wrote you and i sent them and just because those were late you're giving me a 3. i'm so sad that you think my doing everything as best i could from the start and simple human error mixed with mother nature is 3 worthy. AND you even said you got the 2nd part. it's not my fault they just got there, i sent them after i wrote you on 1.31 about forgetting to send those. also if you look at the other ratings (glenda the good witch & my other queen of hearts) i got 5s and hearts from those partners. i feel you have something against me because of the previous 3.

Response: i did write you that it was going to be late and you had no problems with it originally but i can't change it now.
