Comment: Send by date was Oct. 8th, on Oct 19 message was sent to me and other partner saying they were returned because postage was forgotten. Sent message Nov. 21 saying I still hadn't recevied, offered to resend, I said it was ok to wait til after holiday weekend. Received message Dec. 1st saying it was sent out. Dec. 15th still hadn't arrived to me or other partner. I received it Dec. 22. Sorry, but it was late, so I'm rating accordingly.

Comment: I heard many stories about this set of atcs. So unfortunately I can't justify a 5. Was told the first lot had been sent. And that she'd remake (that was early Dec). In late Dec I told her I hadn't received it, and she said 'oops it was made but in my mailing bag... sending'. Jan 15 I rated a 1 and got reply saying "Was remailed. I wil PM to double check addy. Just realized - you may not have gotten it yet. Last time my swap took a month to get to Australia. I'll resend anyway. UPdate: Made and resent 1/15/09" So apparently this person has sent to me twice.. Yet it isn't until I rated a 1 that one finally made it through the system.. Amazingly the mail sent on the 15th arrived sometime this week from the 20th - 23rd....
