You did PM me back Dec 4 and stated you would "make good", but it's March 6, 2013 and still nothing has arrived. I've been very patient and understanding, and will gladly change your rating if I ever receive my Zt'd Message swap. Sorry to hear of your family struggles and I can truly emphasize with your troubles- My own family is going through a similar situation which is one of the reasons I'm now taking a break from swap-bot. Comment: I finally did receive this!! Thank you! The front was super cute as were the extras. The only thing was it was super late and you were supposed to include a decorated fact sheet as well on gnomes! **The fact sheet was NOT included. I received a note stating sorry it was late and a couple of extras and that was it. You stated to me in your email on May 15th that it would be dropped in the mail on May 16th. I still have this PM. It was postmarked June 7th. This is the reason for the 3 as well as the fact sheet not being included. I received one message from you on May 15th. I even pm'd you on May 25th asking if you were planning on sending this. It was read but not replied to. I do appreciate you sending this and appreciate the extras but for the lack of communication and the missing part of the swap I rated according to swap-bot rules. ***I NEVER called you a liar, anywhere in my rating or in a pm, EVER...that you thought up all on your own. I am sorry, but I can rip your envelope up and still never find the fact sheet. All I received was a note stating it was late and you were sorry and two extras and that WAS IT!! Nothing else. Believe me, I forget things too sometimes in envelopes, it happens. But NO ONE is calling you a liar.***
