Comment: I'm sorry I have to rate this, but I never received the first package...and on my profile you commented that the post office said it was here, yet didn't have a DC number to give me. The last comment I gave you was on the 30th of Oct and told you it hadn't arrived yet. It's Nov 7th and I'm waiting for the DC # you said you'd include with the next package. Halloween is over with unfortunately and I won't be able to put up decorations from this swap. I will change if I ever get the swap from you. Nov 26th. Still have not received the pm nor the Delivery Confirmation number you said you were going to get for the resend of the second package. So I guess your not going to send now. Thanks for flaking and for lying about sending and getting a DC number!! I asked you numerous times about the DC number and you would never tell me it. So it makes me believe you never had one to begin with! This one stays until I get my swap. 8/16/2011 - Still hasn't arrived even though she claims to be back making up her flakes, she refuses to send this so the one stays. ***12/5/2011*** - I see you are back and trying to swap. I am still active and you STILL owe me this swap and still haven't made it up.

Comment: Not only did I never get anything in 2009, but I was promised this journal yet again (Due by September 30, 2011) and it's still never arrived nearly a month later. No communication, no reasons why. Just more excuses.
