Comment: I did eventually get what was required from what should have been a very simple swap, but it was after I rated you a three and you first yelled at me for it, calling me a liar and demanding proof that you did not do what was required, and then immediately responding that you had read the swap instructions wrong and asked if you could redo it. I complied, because I didn't want to deal with any more negativity, but you continued to be absolutely rude and demanding until I changed this. I did change it to a five, despite thinking it was not earned, and you responded by saying that -I- was the one being rude and lying. I have been nothing but cooperative and patient. I am going to stand firm on my three; there is no reason that such a simple swap should have generated so much trouble.

Comment: I gave a 3 because the swap was "wish list" and I didn't receive anything I listed, but rather I was told what the swapper could send instead. I then said ribbon was fine and I ended up with some red acrylic yarn. The whole thing was an ordeal. boo.
