If I don' t receive a swap from someone, I wait quite awhile before archiving to give people, like you, the benefit of the doubt. That said, I'm not sure that calling me names is very nice or appropriate. The last rating you got was also for this swap, and it was also a "1". Perhaps instead of calling me names for delayed rating, it would behoove you to own that you didn't send this swap and either send it out or live with it.
