Reached out via profile comment on Jun 16 to let you know I would rate a 1 as soon as I could or on June 22. Rec'd PM on June 16. You said you had a busy week and planned to ship soon. You marked sent on June 16. This is a late swap. I will change my rating if I get something. On July 11 I received the swap you sent that was post marked June 18. This was a late swap with no communication until I reached out to you. Changing my rating from a 1 to a 3 because I did get the swap but it was sent after the swap deadline by 10 days. Please do not put it on me that you have a lower rating because you shipped so late with no communication. I can rate this way according to the site guidelines we all agree to as participants. Please stop pressuring me to change my rating. It will stand as I have fairly rated you. I wish no further contact regarding this matter.
