Cute little memo pads

can hardly wait - I bought mine tonight - my kids are mad that they can't keep them!!

I know what you mean! There's so many cute ones out there, I buy 2 of each, one for me one for you!

Tip :If you have to send a package to Europe please wright the 7 with an extra line in the middle . Offently postmen take the overseas 7 for a 1 !

Little question : If possible can you put real stamps on the packages ? Not those ugly white postoffice things :o))) I know many stamp collectors overhere and real stamps are very rarely this days .

some times u can use the cute stamps and only the white thing cause thats what the post office uses. i know i take my package to them and the weight it and put the postage rather than me trying to guess how much it would cost to ship.. thats my opinion any ways.

I can ask for stamps, but I'm in the same boat as "krazy". The post office puts the sticker one on, & they aren't the most patient people when it comes to putting on stamps in my experience. But I will try!

The post office has a little mailer request for stamps... you put the no. of stamp $$ wise and they fill your order and return them to you this way you can get some postage on before they finish weighing it and put they're make up sticker. I ordered $4.05 stamps, !0 .10* stamps, ect. I't fun to check on-line get sort-of an idea and put my stamps on then have the postoffice make up the difference. I think if you put to much on they have to give you a new stamp as you are not using it and it cannot be removed and reused. Once you get to the window with them it's your moment you've earned it so don't let anyone rush you. connie

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT IMPATIENT PPLE IN LINE...I FEEL FUNNY AT TIMES SENDING OFF ALL MY MAIL TOO...I'LL HAVE A BIG PURSE I USE FOR MY RUNS AND THEY LOOK AT ME WITH THE EVIL EYE WHEN THEY SEE HOW MANY PACKAGES I PULL OUT OF THERE...LOl!

BUT IT'S OUR DUTY TO SMILE AND THINK I LUV SWAPPING...HA HA HA JOKES ON THEM CUZ WE GET TREASURES IN THE MAIL NOT JUST BILLS!

Oh yeah, I also got my memopadpack from Sue/heartsnyou - THANKS! great batch you came up with ... Oddly these came BEFORE the buttons from our other swap (which were also great - handmade is Very Cool) so it took a few days before I understood the "Greetings Again" message in the memo pad envelope :D Glad to have ya as a 2x swapper, Sue!

Jane I got your mail ! Thank you for letting me know my package will be later . Indeed sending it by plane can be very pricy. Don't worry it's better having it by "slow boat " than recieving nothing from a low rated selfish swapper. Hugs Miet

Sent mine today to Norway, I must have found one of the better postal workers, she was very patient and my prtner will have a 7.00,2.00,.70,.24, and a.01 stamp for a total of 7.95. but most of our clerks are women and since I've been in so much lately we have talked about swap-bot so they know what I am doing are happy to help. I did notice she did add the little white slip but with 0000s on it. Happy Swapping!

I also sent abroad (won't say where yet - grin!) My guy said they have to put the white sticker on for tracking purposes, but I also had them put stamps on mine - he tried to do as many DIFFERENT ones as he could without "decorating" it!! I don't know if my person has a collector or not, but went with stamps just in case!!

received a box from Belgium today - the girls are set to fight me for some of them - I told them if I give them one then I get first choice from a box we are expecting from a kids swap - they changed their mind quickly!!

I jst got a rating of 1.000000.......... Ireally don't understand why. It was mij first swap, so I really want to know what went wrong...... so tell mee why..?????

Dali - It looks like your partner hasn't received your package yet. You may want to email them (or contact them through swap-bot) to let them know if you are overseas from them or if something else may be delayed the package. Chances are, once they receive the package, they will change the rating.

Hi Dali, It looks like you havent recieved you sway from me. And the person you sent to hasnt recieved there yet either. Sometimes you need to wait a couple extra days to rate when things so in and out of the county. Try to understand it takes time. I mail yours out. I have done alot of swaps and have always recieved a perfect rating. sometimes you just need to write each other and give some time. I have never received things from 4 swaps. I give them alot of time and send emails to them. Take care and wait. It's a fun group of ladies and most are very good and understanding. Cathy Jewell
