2012 Monthly Matchbox Swap

I love matchboxes, and I especially love advent calendars! Since I missed out on Christmas ones I decided to do one for the whole year! This is my first big hosting gig, so I hope everyone has fun with this swap!

For this swap, you will have 1 partner that you will send 12, 32-count matchboxes to, one for each month of 2012. You will decorate each matchbox for a month and fill it with related items.

For example, for the March matchbox you might decorate it with green clovers and St. Patrick's Day related items. For July you might do red, white and blue and put in July 4th items. It's up to you! The idea is to keep these in a safe place and each month open up the corresponding matchbox. It's like a year of surprises!

Requirements:
- You must have completed at least 5 type 3 swaps and have been rated for them. No recent 1's or 3's without explanation. I will be checking profiles, please make sure yours is well filled out.
- You will send to 1 partner 12 month-themed matchboxes, one for each month for 2012.
- Make sure to label each matchbox with the month and decorate the outside accordingly, as well as theme the items inside for that month.
- I think part of the fun is the outside of the matchbox, so for this swap leave your matchboxes separate (i.e. don't attach them all into one big block where only the drawer shows). You may, however, attach your matchboxes on the sides to keep them together (maybe 2 rows of 6 to keep them short?). Ask me if you have any questions.

As you always should, check your partner's profile for any allergies or preferences (don't decorate a Christmas themed matchbox for someone who doesn't celebrate the holiday!).

This is USA only since I just thought of this idea today and I want to make sure we have enough time to get it before the new year! This will be a quick turn around!
