Description:
Easy postcard swap: Send a postcard with one or more state flags on it to one partner. The flag or flags must take up the majority of the postcard. Usual swap rules apply. This is a USA only swap. Users must have a rating of 4.9 to play, and I will ban anyone with questionable 1's or 3's. Newbies are welcome as they might be trying to build up their collections (but do have a few ratings so far)! I expect NO FLAKERS to join, but if necessary, I will angel. Rock on, PC-ers!
