Description:

My dad was born in New Orleans & I grew up with a lot of superstitions in my family: It's bad luck to kill a cricket, don't walk under a ladder, if your house is clean New Year's Day - it's clean all year, etc...so I thought it would be interesting to do a superstitions ATC Challenge! Each ATC (you will be making 1 for 3 partners for 3 total ATCs) will depict a different superstition or superstitious saying.

Each ATC must be upon a 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" card - BUT.. I don't mind if you go over a border or two (a little). I have seen it done in various ATC books and find it can be rather attractive. Be certain to put what superstition it is your rendering on the back of the ATC as well as your name/ date/ and Swap-Bot nickname. If you'd like to participate you only need have a 4.70 rating or better and no partial/no sends within the past 6 months. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.

My Nan's was not being able to walk on 2 different sides of something when you are walking down the street with someone or you will fight with each other (breaking the bond).

You're right about the ladybugs, Elizabeth! My roommate killed a cricket once and really bad happened that same day X^O

JewelzyBug: If you do get seperated, you're both supposed to say, "bread & butter."
