A Re-told Tale (#1)

Swap description:

~ This is the first of a potential series of swaps, as discussed by PM between @julierachelliz and @TangleCrafts ~

1. We will each write a piece of fiction (min. 500 words) based on a traditional fairy tale. This could be a sequel, or a prequel, or a story told from a different perspective, or set in a different time/place.

2. We will include a brief summary of or weblink to the original tale we have based our stories upon, in case our partner is not already familiar with the tale.

3. We will each include an additional handmade accessory (eg ATC illustration, character stuffie) or creatively re-packaged or altered store-bought item (eg pre-enchanted mirror, Jack's magic beans) which continues the theme of the story.

4. We will also include suggestions of approx. 4 other stories for our partner's consideration, which will be inspiration-source for swap #2 in this series, if we decide to go ahead with another round. :)

Other notes:

• Stories can be presented in any format – handwritten, word-processed, or typed out on copier paper, bound as a zine, or written in the form of journal entries or letters, etc.

• There is no $ guide for the extra item, which is more about creative interpretation than the value of the item itself.
