Fashion ATC Swap #5 USA Only

Round 5 of this swap is US only by request, in the US our stamp costs have gone up a lot so this is a way for anyone who wants to join but doesn't want to worry about long delivery times or added postage. Round 6 will return to being International, but if this is a popular option I will do more US versions of this swap.

Make an artist trading card inspired by fashion! Anything from drawing, collage, painting, to colored pencil as long as it is an original (one of a kind) ATC and not a print out. Stickers can be used if they are used thoughtfully. Put time into your card and make it into something you would love to receive. Remember to put your username and swap name somewhere in your package so you partner can rate you.
