Help Me Be Stress Free

Prayer beads wouldn't be appropriate for everyone. Something in the swap should be profile based for this item.

Whoever gets me in the swap....I'll love anything, but I like black/white teas the best, K-cups, or hot chocolate...Quote can be any size and does not need to be framed (I know it can get expensive to mail and I have a lot of frames!)

I love chai teas.....a smaller quote-not framed and any anti-stress item would be welcome.

So long as it isn't orange, banana, pineapple or licorice flavoured I like most hot drinks. I am Pagan so no bible quotes please but any size is good (I kinda like credit card size so it can go in my purse)

Any size unframed quote is fine with me and I like fruit/herbal teas the best or Earl Grey - no green tea please

The items I listed are just an example of ideas. The stress item as well as the quote do not have to be based on any religion or belief. This is sender's choice, but please be considerate of partner's likes, dislikes, beliefs and/or religion.

I prefer spice, Chi or herbal teas. I have an open mind about most things, so any quote or poem is good. Credit card size would be great for me.

Size doesn't matter to me. I'm pretty easy and flexible. I don't do plain coffee. I do like chia tea or like french vanilla stuff. Can't remember what type it is. Comes in the little cans. Thank you.
