Small Color Collages

Hey everyone! I thought this would be a fun challenge. This is an international swap open to everyone! Spread the love!

Here's the dealio.. you will have one partner. Each person will take 2 standard size index cards (approx. 5 x 3 in. or 12 x 7 cm) and use one side on each of them to make a small collage based on ONE color. BOTH collages will be based on this one color! Here is the most fun part... it is totally up to you which color you choose!

If you do not have any index cards, you can use any other paper that is the same size... just be sure not to use something that is too thin, like copy/printer paper.

So take out your glue stick and other supplies... you can use scrapbook paper, magazine images, book pages, glitter (check your partner's profile before using this - some people don't like it or are allergic!), stickers, markers, crayons, other embellishments.. whatever you choose. If you want, you could make your collages have a specific "theme" along with your color as well, or they could just be random, it doesn't matter. Just an idea.

Your collages need to be mostly the color you choose, but you can definitely stick in some others too. Feel free to use different variations/hues of your color.

This is meant to be a somewhat quick swap, so its not necessary to go buy materials.. just try to use what you have and have fun with it. Make something for your partner that you would be happy to receive.

When you are done, stick the index cards in an envelope and mail them off to your partner! Be sure to include a note with what color you chose, the swap name, and your user ID.
