For this swap you will have two partners and send each of them three envelopes of mailable size, that they can use. This is senders choice. Send something you'd like to receive. No unexplained 1's or 3's in the last 3 months. I reserve the right to ban or not ban based on my determination of a swappers credibility. I will angel this swap but hope it won't be necessary.

R there any rules for what type of things need to be in the envelope ie handmade or store bought, new or second time around?

The envies can be handmade or altered. The idea is to send decorative envelopes that your Partner can use to mail stuff

I have a feeling you need more to describe what you want in this swap. You mean to say ??? Send three handmade envelopes or decorated envelopes in an envelope decorated or not to your swapper. Also, it is not necessary to send anything in each envelope, just the decorated envelope itself, 3 of them to two people. I understood what you meant but there may be some who are new at this.
