Ok... so are we just going to send an email out to 5 people? Is that the idea? What is supposed to be in the email? Are we going to keep it creative?

Yes, we will just send the email out to 5 people. You will send either a photo of a craft or busy bag you are inspired by or a favorite craft website or blog. :) The idea is mostly for everybody to get a feel of how swap-bot works and to get some ratings going so other people can host swaps too. :)

I can't find my email list anywhere..

How do I know when and how to sign up for this months busy bag and felt food? I am kinda confussed with the new site and facebook and the old site. I don't know where to look for the sign ups.

okay ladies i have sent the email but just so you dont get confused my email has changed (its correct on here) so if u get an email from me its not the usual one i had previusly used on bb

esjmommy - on the top of this page, on the right there is a yellow box. Inside that box it will say something like your swap partners. When you click on that it will show you your partners' email addresses.

Lianasmom - we will let everybody know on the FB page where to sign up. This month we are only going to do a couple of groups on swap-bot so that we can ease into this system and make sure it will work for everybody.

The "See your partners you send to" list is different than the "Rate your partners and coordinators list". Who do I send to?

"See your partners you send to" is who you send to. The "Rate your partners and coordinators list" is the people who you will receive emails from. Swap-bot automatically assigns partners so you don't necessarily send to the same partners that you receive from.

I am unable to open the see swap partners..... not sure why.... do I just send it to those who sent to me?

I have already discovered something I'm not thrilled about with this activity. I have not received any emails yet in my inbox folder, so I decided to check my spam folder, which I rarely check and had received 2 emails there from this group instead. I not sure why that was, as I've never received busy bag group emails in my spam folder. FYI: check your spam if you don't receive stuff.

Also, I noticed that our group members we send to are different than who we receive from. Will this always be the case? If so, how will this affect the busy bag swaps?

@mkluesn1 mine were the same, are you sure you're looking at it right?

Actually @SAPsMaMa you were not on my list of people that should have sent to me. But I had you listed as a person to send to.

I left a couple of comments and I marked as extra special because I know we are all amazing and I think we can use the boost to get started ;)

My partners were not the same for sending and receiving either.....I think it was mentioned earlier that this will be the case as it is generated by computer. I don't think it should affect our swaps that much.

yea i have the same issue, ive recieved from people that wernt on my send either... @SAPsMaMa you wernt on my list to send to (i cant rate you) but you sent to me?

@KaitBabs I never got one from you but you are on my rating list...

@Mkluesn1 The partners are generated by swap-bot so yes you will send to different people from who you receive stuff.

I too had emails in my spam folder. Since we will be swapping items and not emails going forward hopefully that won't be an issue.

@sdsostack I still haven't gotten your email... have you sent it?

@kaitbabs yes I realized that after doing it and sent to my group, didn't realize it wasn't the same list! weird!

OK, I did it wrong. I just got an email saying I hadn't done mine, but I sent some out to the wrong people. I thought my people were the same on the one that was sent to me. I couldn't find my assignment anywhere...So if you were supposed to get one from me can you let me know and I will send it right now :)
