Create a witch dotee doll,complete with cape and hat...Normal dotee rules apply...3 to 6 inches long with hanger and beaded tail.. Make her special so your partner will jump for joy when she arrives at her new home...She will need her broom!!! of course!! Have fun and happy crafting, not for newbies, but a newbie is welcome to start her own swap for newbies if so desired... Sign up ends August 25th and send out September 10th
