Holtz it, Vintage Style ~ Swap 1

Hey my swappy friends! I thought this would be a great swap to repeat so I've made this the first one in the series. It's been such a busy summer and I did cut back lots on swapping!! But was itching to host a TH swap or two and couldn't seem to wait till Sept!! LOL! So here are my thoughts on this 1st swap:

Make one Vintage Style ATC or Tag. This is senders choice but here are a few requirements!!

Use a Vintage photo or stamp (dressform,portrait,boots etc) to give it a Vintage feel.

Please use at least 2 colors of Tim Holtz Distress Inks or Stains. You can use other colors in markers etc to highlight if you wish!

Add 1 TH embellishment. Maybe a brad, a metal word, photo film etc to embellish. Dies are also nice for a shape or an added decorated edge. The tickets are my fav!! Can't wait to get that die!!

Last but not least, give your piece some flare! Add more than one layer, even 3 or 4 layers!! Maybe an old pattern piece, stitching, mulberry paper, gold leaf or some Vintage lace or a small Vintage button or key! I'm sure you will figure out something that will Inspire your partner!

Tags are generally 3x5 or a little larger and ATC's are 3.5X2.5. Please give your art work a sturdy backing and all your info.

Title of your ART, Name, Series, Date and swap name. It is always nice to add where you r from for future reference and an e-mail addy! I love to put the addy's of where all my Atc's were sent from. It's cool to see where your Art Collection comes from for years to come!!
