Getting to know you

I've noticed that durring the summer that some swappers are slow to rate so please try not to keep your partners waiting. Ratings are more important to some than to others so please rate promptly. Thank you.

Will you be sending us email addresses for folks or is part of the whole swap creating something handmade on paper with a fancy envelope??

@ArtsySmartsy when partners are assigned it also gives you their email address. Just when you email your answers, make sure you use the BCC. It's so we don't see your other partners address.

Just a note: before you rate your parnter for not sending, make sure you check your junk email folder. A lot of times mine end up in the junk email. And in any electronice swap I do, I always but the swap as the subject line so if it does go into junk they can see the swap title and not delete it as junk.

Also if for some reason you find that you are not able to send your swap to the e-mail provided (whether it be a deleted account or maybe jut mis-typed when your partner signed up for swap-bot) then I suggest sending them a pm here on swap-bot. That has happened to me once but because I thought to send a copy to her swap-bot account I still got my rating.

I am new to swap bot. How do i get a partner?

On thursday morning check this page out. In the yellow box in the top right corner there will be the option "see the partners you send to" . When you click that you will see your partners' names, adresses, and e-mail. You will then send your answers to their e-mail. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

My first swap! Hope it all goes well :). Really want to do some more swapping (don't like everything is for swappers with a rathing of 4.8 or higher).

It is interesting to note that swapbot says I sent my email on august 26th, as it is still august 25th where I live.

I have not been rated and was wondering how do I know if my partners got their emails? Should I send them again just in case lol
