Incredibly giant list swap :D (newbie friendly)

i have joined, looking forward to this swap :) could the title of the swap be put in the subject of the email to me please?

@LucyToons that is how I always do my email swaps is put the title of the swap as the subject. That way if it goes to the spam folder it's easier to see it.

New to Swap-Bot, how do I send this email to everyone? Already answered the questions :)

Hi @Mizchef - after the signup deadline of November 8, the coordinator will assign partners. Then you'll have a new link that says "See the partners you send to." When you click on that, you will be able to see your partners' information, including their email address as well as a link to their Swap-Bot page.

Please make sure that you are sending these BCC and not regular unless you are doing them individually. It's to protect your parnter's email address from being shared with everyone. And I could be wrong, but I think they are suppose to be sent BCC if you are just adding everyone's address to the same email. Which is how I do mine, but I send them all BCC.

I have seen people do the email both ways. I have gotten email swaps with all the addresses listed and others being blind copied. The thing is - everyone here at swap-bot signed up with an email and address so technically we would get that info in a swap anyway. Just a thought but I coudl be wrong?

I mark mine "important" and it seems to hide the BCC names.

Please check your Spam boxes. I just sent my swap and found several in my Spam box.

i didn't like that we had some many to send to. i think 5 would be enough. not 20.

one of my partner's email address isn't working. i don't know if it will look poorly on me or what, but i mailed it, it was 'delayed' for a few days.. and then it just came back this morning as rejected.

One person on my list contacted me and said she didnt get my list. Please let me know if you did not receive mine. I sent it the day we got assigned partners. I will gradly resend

I'd just like to Apologise to 4 people in my swap that didnt receive their's in time.

bascially i started with sending each swap individually because i didnt understand what cc/bcc meant so i thought to keep identity hidden i would send it that way then when i figured ot what it meant i tried to send with 4 swappers attatched and something about spamming came up but i thought it had sent :( so sorry x my list has now been sent to my 4 swapper that didnt receive xx

also i didnt include my swapbot user id (there was so much to type and im new to this :s)

I didn't receive from 3 people, 1 has had ratings from others so i'm guessing might be a hiccup somewhere, 1 other has received only 1 rating and the 3rd person has received none for this swap. I have sent all 3 a message though explaining I haven't received and if they would like to send/send again then I will leave a swap rating, should this be a 3 though as I didn't receive by the send date?

Sent out final messages again. Still miss 3 ratings, 1 from someone who is partially suspended, so I think that one is not coming anymore. One replied, I resent but I still miss a rating, the other did not read my message. Also still missing one list, sent a message november 16, message still unread...
