Description:
These small quilties, meaning they are done like a quilt would be with top, batting and backing. Finished. A Winter Theme.....anything goes, snow, scenes of winter, Christmas, Home decorated. Size no bigger than 12 x 12, no smaller than 6 x 9, anything in between. One Swapper A Group swap and I will check ratings. I reserve the right to ban anyone who has flaked. Please put your name and name of swap with it so we know who, what, and where. A nice note of greeting for the holidays would be nice too, but up to sender. This will be for USA and Canada only because of time sending back and forth and the postage. Sorry International.

what is the rating minimum? and should there be loops for hanging, or a long sleeve on the back? does it need to include string? can you be more specific on the details?

Answer: I prefer all 5 rating for 2012 but sometimes things happen and I do let someone in with 3's. I would prefer no 1's unless there is an explanation as to why. Group members should be in good standing. Sometimes there are swappers who give a bad rating, then get a send later and forget to redo the rating. So to apease everyone I will set a rating of 4.8 as the lowest.
If you love to sew then I know there are members who would angel if necessary and I know that will not be necessary. Hangers: It is up to the sender. You can ask your swapper what she prefers.

@snpyrunner in your question above, does it need to include string? What does that mean?

String meaning on the back to hang it. This is not necessary unless you want to ask your swapper. Also, it does no have to be an art quiltie. It can be traditional as long as it symbolizes winter time, the season.
