Description:

Let's swap NOW!

You have 1 partner. To this partner you send 20cm (7.8 inches, 0.65 feet) of rubber stamps. Add together the longest sides of the stamps to calculate how long your line of stamps is. It does not matter if they are big or small, mounted, unmounted, clear/acrylic, but not foam. Send any mix! They can be brand new or slightly used, but no big ugly stains that can't be removed (like on a wooden block) or have damages and such, they need to be in very good condition! This is a senders choice swap. You might receive 2 big stamps or 20 small, so be prepared! If you get something you don't need, send it to someone else here on Swap Bot in another swap, there is so many to choose from, and most people are really happy to receive stamps.

You have just one week to send your swap, so don't join if you don't have the time to do this!

Is foam mounted ok? The actually stamp is rubber it was just mounted to a foam block instead of a wooden one. Thanks!

cfroggie - I had the same question when putting mine together... I went ahead and sent them out today. I hope they are okay!

@horsetenderstudio I didn't want to send them without an answer so I sent some other ones I thought my partner might like.

@cfroggie - I received from you before and the ones you are talking about I would see as totally acceptable. They are called cling stamps - bascially a hybrid between clear rubber stamps and traditional rubber stamps - it's a rubber stamp you can position like a clear stamp :) I was happy to receive your stamp :) You sent me something similar to this - cling stamps

Hmmm, the ones I had sent out didn't look like the cling stamps.... The actual stamp part is rubber, they are on a foam square with the image stuck on top. I bought a bunch of different ones set up that way years ago and used them a few times... I had just sent several out for this swap. This was my first stamp swap and I realy hope I didn't screw it up somehow. :-( The actual stamp is rubber though, not foam, so I think it's okay...? :-/

@HorseTenderStudio Don't worry, I've already rated you! I don't get hung-up on that kind of stuff. @Mar1l1ze I am super thrilled you like them! These are a little different. More like this: foam mounted rubber stamp (http://www.etsy.com/listing/80201225/mary-engelbreit-rubber-stamp-wit-whimsy?ref=srgallery24&gasearchquery=Foam+Rubber+Stamps&gaviewtype=gallery&gashipto=US&gapage=3&gasearch_type=all) ps. How did you insert a hyperlink?!

Yeah - those stamps are fine too. I think it's the "kiddy" type foam stamps that would be unacceptable for these swaps. The ones that are pure foam...
