Wrapping Paper-Scrap ATC- USA

I am making this the same as the one started by CrayonMom because of unknown reasons she has not been back on swap-bot due to illness or whatever. Any one that wants to transfer over can but it will be a quick swap for those of us that have already worked on these.

Requirements for this swap:

1. ATC should include wrapping paper in some way.

2. ATC should have at least three layers or elements (example- a background, a foreground image, and some form of embellishment- please do not just glue a chunk of wrinkled up wrap to the card and call it done)

3. One ATC for each partner X two partners = two ATCs.

4. Do NOT Flake- if you sign up, please send your cards. Rating requirements: Newbies allowed with full profile. All profiles will be checked. No ones or unexplained three-ratings within three months. Please check your partners profiles before sending anything overtly religious. These cards do not have to be "Christmas"- themed; these are tons of paper designs with penguins, polar bears, and snowmen that can simply be wintery.
