Description:
A lot of swaps ask us to avoid including items with religious themes, and I can understand why, but personally I would love to get things with Bible verses or Christian quotes, etc. If you feel the same way, then this swap is for you! :) This will be an international swap to increase the potential number of people who may sign up, but I'll try to keep the swap "light" to avoid high postage costs. You'll have one partner and will swap the following: At least one sheet of "Christian" stickers. At least one bookmark with a Bible verse or inspirational quote. At least one encouragement / friendship / no-occasion card (don't write in it) with Bible verses or Christian messages. At least one of the following: a magnet, keychain, pocket calendar, notepad, pen/pencil, pin, or any other nice "extra" that has a Christian/inspirational theme. One guideline: please avoid anything with a very obvious denominational slant (e.g. Catholic, Pentecostal, etc.) Let's keep it simple. :) I hope this makese some sense! Let me know if anything is unclear.

well, my denomination focuses on education, peace and social justice causes so we don't carry christian stickers or pencils in our bookstore.

I have to say, I really enjoyed the spiritual swap a few months ago. I received a catholic rosary from a roman catholic partner in Brazil and I appreciated learning about her views.

Maybe I should pass on this one. Appreciate the idea, though.

Unfortunately, the timing is not good for me. I like the idea of this swap a lot, though. I will definitely paricipate if this same kind of swap comes up again at a time that works out better for me.

One such bad fellow me (by not meeting the deadline... whoops! I actually had quite a time getting things together and finding new items sence I am not close to a christian supply store. But alas with one last ditch shopping adventure I completed the parcel and sence I did send off today it's being sent priority so Mildred you should recieve it by wed 12/13/06 hope you like it!
