Flags! #3

Hello everyone!

Though these swap series do not have many participants in it, here's #3.

You will have 1 partner to send 1 flag of your country/state to him. Size about 20x25 or 13x17 cm is preferable, so it can be put in an envelope (it may be without a stick just a flag itself). But you may choose any size you want! (remember that 10x15cm is minimum!!!)

To make the swap more interesting let's add a postcard with your city/country/state view.

To join this swap, you must have a rating of at least 4.9. No recent unexplained 1's and 3's. Please, don't join the swap if you can't send your things. I can't angel. Let's be honest and kind to each other.

1 person from every country and 1 person from every state of America is allowed.
