In this swap you will send one smashed penny and one postcard both from the same location. Most gift shops will let you in free of admissions to shop for cards. Please try and use pre 1982 pennies, as ones minted after that turn black over time. 1 partner.

Most Australian machines are preloaded with copper blanks.

Hi Catherine, some machines here in the states are preloaded but they dont use copper, they just load with whatever they have. Hate those, but you are lucky they use copper.

Euro Cent coins are made of copper covered steel. 5 cent coins that are required for most machines are bigger than an US cent, so I cannot use US coins here. I hope I can join anyway.

Mamamoose, PLEASE join, as you send GREAT coins! The copper comment is basically for US coins, so many people want to send the "pretty shiny" ones, and while pretty now, over time they get really ugly, and turn black, the US mint is pretty cheap. LOL
