Round 2 since the first time around was so much fun. :)

I've recently started making eraser stamps (see pic above) and they're so much fun! This swap is for you if you have been wanting to try making your own eraser stamp but haven't gotten around to it. If you've made eraser stamps before and want to join in too, you're welcome to! Just understand that some people might not be able to make as great a stamp as you might... :)

If you need some help, here are a couple of great web sites for the basics, tips, and tricks:

http://www.squidoo.com/how-to-make-eraser-stamps

http://blog.freepeople.com/2012/09/diy-eraser-stamps/

Stamps should be around 1 inch by 1 inch minimum, larger stamps are okay. If for some reason you can't find a big enough eraser, make at least 2 smaller ones.

Please put effort into your stamp and make sure you do a test print to make sure it's okay! :)

To join this swap you need to have a 4.8 rating or be a newbie with a well filled out profile.

You will have 1 partner for this swap, so make and send 1 stamp.

I will angel if needed, but please take your commitment seriously. Swap bot is a much better place without flakers. Before assigning partners I will check out all profiles and get rid of possible flakers.

What you carve is senders choice, but if you're having difficulty figuring out a good motive, I encourage you to look at your partner's profile for inspiration. Make something you're proud of and would be happy to receive.

Have fun carving!!!!

cools! just checking- are we using erasers or actual carving blocks for this swap?

@sugaraddict erasers! :) I want it to be a low pressure and cheap swap for people who are new to carving stamps.

None of our dollar stores here in BC have those larger size erasers. But! I have a whole drawerful of scraps from soft block carving material... different kinds. I can use those 'cuz I already have them, right?

if you reread the swap it says that if you can't make that size, make at least 2 smaller ones...

lol tried making one for the first time last night...my peace sign ended up looking more like Munsch's "Scream" person. Not as easy as I thought it would be! But I have more erasers ready and waiting. I will do this!
