Altered Tin

Let's have LOTS of participants in this fun swap!

Alter one (1) tin like an Altoids {regular size NOT the minis} or Sucrets tin (or similar sized tin) for your one (1) partner.

1) Cover the outside of the tin with paper, washi or duck tape, paint or whatever else will cover the tin.

2) Add embellishments such as buttons, lace, flowers, stamping, chip board, etc.

3) Cover the inside lid...it can match the outside or not.

4) Cover the 'bottom' of the inside of the tin.

5) Add at least 12-15 items such as stickers, buttons, postage stamps, gems, colored paper clips, candy, samples of hand creme or shampoo, address labels with an alcohol image, etc. Each set of items counts as one--for example, if you enclose 4 paper clips, that's 1 item. If you put in 6 address labels, that's 1 item. Do not enclose 12-15 of the same item.

6) There's ONE CATCH: At least one item on or in the tin must be alcohol-related. Think wine, beer, bunch of grapes magnet, a 3-D embellishment, stickers, cork magnet or key chain, wine label, altered beer cap, etc....

7) You can start working on your altered tin now since this is not profile-based.
