Description:

I just love paper punches! I use them on atcs, on inchies, in scrapbooking, and other fun crafts as well! Paper punches can be a little on the expensive side at times, so I usually pass when I see one I'd really like.

For this swap, we will send our partner an envie full of paper punches (the paper not the actual punch!) . You MUST send at least three different shapes. They can be any size, as long as they are not all tiny punches (Those itsy bitsy dollar bin punches) They can be solid colors, or really neat designed papers. Try to make them a variety of colors and designs (as some people may not be able to use pastels, or flowery papers, ect...) Be sure to fill the envie enough that it needs one stamp. (You may need to seperate them into little bags, so they dont bunch to one corner) They can be made from cardstock &/or scrapbooking papers. No magazine punches, newpaper punches, ect...

This is an easy, inexpensive swap, so it is open to newbies with completed profiles, and ratings of 4.7 and up.

Message me with any questions!

This swap is the Regional version of the international one I am hosting here

can we use ones cut from a Cricut?

It takes ALOT of punches to make 1 ounce. I recently joined a swap for 1 ounce in a group and it was quickly changed to 1/2 ounce after we realized how many punch outs it would take.

In my experience I have to watch it to NOT go over the one ounce level. I tend to often PUSH THE ENVELOPE! Pun intended. but seriously I do have trouble staying under 1 ounce, So I wont have any trouble filling up my envelope.

You must have alot bigger punches than I do.

bizzles 05/ 1/2013 #

yes! @grannysimpson Punches cut from a cricut are ok.

I kinda think my punches are on the medium side. I remember one swap not allowing punches that were smaller than an inch so it was a close call on some of them. I have those little ones too. I also have some boring bigger one. SOOOOO.... I started punching and got to .4 of an ounce so you might be right Joppagirl.

As long as your envelope is pretty full, it should be okay. As long as it is 3 different shapes, it will work. If you send squares, circles, and ovals, it may be boring, but 3 different shapes counts. Not everyone owns all different shapes, which is understandable...

Yay. I have way more Cricut cartridges than punches.

Did i miss the size of the envelope?

AZmom875 my hand was sore by the time I did the 1/2 ounce swap. lol I don't include any of the tiny punch outs in swaps but I don't have any big ones either.
