CH-Make me a card....

...using the pieces I send you!

This is a backward type of swap. YOU will be making a card using the pieces that your partner sends you! So when this swap starts, instead of "See the partners you send to., you will actually click on:

Rate your partners and coordinators

You will then message that person for their address. Next step is to send them items that you would like them to create a card for you with.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SEND THE CARD AND ENVIE, YOUR PARTNER WILL USE THEIR OWN--THIS IS TO SAVE ON POSTAGE :)

Please send a minimum of 8 different items. Your partner must use at least 5 of those items on your card. Your partner can also add items of their own to your card!

What you send is up to you. Your partner will design the card how they want to.

Some examples of things you might send:

• A stamped master board piece
• A rubber stamped image(s)
• Ephemera
• Ribbon
• An image you like out of a magazine, book, etc.
• A book page
• A dictionary page
• Designed paper
• Digital printed images....

Remember you must send 8 items and they all must be different in some way. You can send two similar items, like two different types of paper, or two different kinds of ribbon but no duplicates.

After your card is done, you will send it back to your partner.

You will then rate the same way you would on any swap because the person you are rating is the person who made your card!

If this is confusing to anyone, please let me know and I'll try and explain it better.

Once partners are assigned, you need to contact the person you will rate immediately so you can send them the items immediately. This way they will have time to design your card. Please be prompt about sending them the items. I will add a couple days for you to send your items out plus the time allowed for making the card ;)
