AH! It's the perfect project! :) Easy. Even sewing newbies can do this one. Quick. I estimate this to be a 30 minute project. Inexpensive to make. Use scraps! Inexpensive to mail. One stamp! You will use this tutorial ( http://www.theribbonretreat.com/blog/fabric-bookmark-tutorial.html ) to create TWO (2) bookmarks, one for each partner. Send a color or print that would please your partner. Check their profile. If they don't have favorite colors or themes listed on their profile, or a Pinterest or etsy faves link so you can see their style, then just create with the fabrics of your choosing. Make the size shown in the tutorial. Send ON TIME. Rate promptly and accurately. Communicate if there are problems.

Can we handsew these if done neatly and securely? I haven't replaced my machine yet but would like to give this s try.... just checking.
