Description:

A Zentangle is basically a mindful doodle ( please google for official description). If you are new to this artform the small size of an ATC is a perfect place to start. Create your own design and share your artwork with another! Will you use one pattern or include a few in your design. What kind of shading will you use. Are you a purist, sticking with black and white or will you add color?

Make 1 (one) ATC for your partner.

This is an international swap, beginners welcome - don't flake.
Be kind when rating.

Does it have to have shading?

Does it have to be black and white?

Is it senders choice about color and shading?

Zentangles and ATCs are new to me. I discovered these fun pieces of art thanks to swap-bot. Other swaps I have seen are a little intimidating, though. This is the perfect swap for me to try my hand at both! Just watching for now, will join as the date gets closer.

You don't have to shade, and it doesn't have to be black and white. This is meant to be fun !! Be creative and enjoy.

Do you need to decorate the zentangle?

Star7Lily 07/19/2013 #

@sis your doodle (or ztangle)is the decoration for own patterns on the subject eg the boot in the example shown. You are the master of the pen. So allow yourself the freedom to play with it. No other embellishment is needed. Just pen, card, and you. Hope that helps a bit
