EOTPF: It's Picnic Time!!

FLAT, EASY and NEARLY FREE SWAP!!

It's time for picnics, eating on the porch, outdoor pot lucks, pool parties....let's share some of our favorite 'tried and true' recipes with our fellow swappers.

For this swap, you will send a recipe (that you have tried/made) for 3 items from the following categories:

^cool refreshing drink/punch

^alcoholic summer drink

^deviled eggs (you would be surprised how many different versions of this simple dish there are!)

^potato salad

^a summer/picnic dish your area/state is known for (ie: FL--key lime pie; TX--BBQ, etc)

^a 3-ingredient dessert

^baked beans

^a family favorite you MUST have at every summer gathering

^a recipe using fresh fruit

^a meat/chicken/seafood recipe

Be sure to indicate any speciific brands of ingredients if necessary; how much the recipe yields, etc.

Add your own comments about how easy to make, whether it was gobbled up in minutes, how friends enjoyed the dish, other comments.....

You can type these or neatly hand print them on recipe cards or decorated index cards or 4x6 pieces of nice (scrapbook or construction-weight) papers.

You can get your recipes ready now so they are ready to mail as soon as partners assigned. Short turn-around time frame.

Place in envelop and mail away!!
