Description:

THIS SWAP ALLOWS ONLY ONE PERSON PER COUNTRY / US-STATE.
PLS POSTYOUR COUNTRY/STATE IN THE COMMENT SECTION, THANKS!

EDIT: This is a SENDER´S CHOICE swap!

You send 1 Envelope to one partner.
The size of the envelope should be around A5 (can be a little smaller, but should be around A5).
Use at least 2 real postage stamps, no labels from the postoffice.
On the side with the receiver´s address and the stamps there should be anywhere the name of your country/State (written, cut out of a flyer or magazine,.....). Just include the name nicely in your art/decoration.
Decorate the envelope with the theme: Your country/state (famous landscapes, tourists attractions, famous persones-living or death, kings/queens, artists, typical food, pieces of a map, whaterver comes to your mind and has a strong connection to your country).

You can draw, paint, doodle, collage, use stickers, tape, .... This swap is open for non-artistic-talented persons (like me;)) as well as to people who are rather new to decorated envelopes. So it´s perfectly fine if you decorate / collage it nicely with cut-outs of flyers/magazines/postcards or similar, you don´t have to be an artist to join, neither should you espect the work of an artist. However, pls put some effort on your envelope and make it something nice to receive. It´s NOT enough to just slap a few stickers on the envelope or just to send a handmade envie out of a magazine and that´s all.

Pls make the envelope in a way, it´ll survive its journey (I sometimes use a lot of wide clear tape and a strong paper inside the envelope.)

Pls note, if you´re sending from one US-State to another US-State, you have to decorate the envie with something special to your state, not just US-theme ;).

INSIDE THE ENVELOPE:
- a short note explaining what is showen on the envelope
- 3 small flat items with a strong connection to your country (postcard, used ticket, used postage stamp, magazine clipping, picture-cut out, wrapping paper, sticker....)

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN:
- 15 rated Type2/3 swaps
- no unexplained ones the past 12 months
- no unexplained threes in 2013
(If you have a bad rating that you can explain, pls message me BEFORE you join, thanks)
I reserve the right to ban a participant even when they meet the requirements.
DO NOT FLAKE!
If you flake on this swap I will forward your name to the flaker groups and of course, I will exclude you from all my future swaps!

Please inform me if there accure any problems during the swap process, thank you.

Please post any questions you have in the comment section, I´ll check regulary.

Minimum of participants are 3.

HAVE FUN :)!

Also, I am sorry for not remembering all the questions, can the envelope be handmade?

betty194 08/ 1/2013 #

In the envelope you put 3 small flat items, so 1 of them can be a postcard

Yes, the envelope can be handmade, but even when it´s a handmade envelope, you still need to decorate it as described in the swap description :)
