WIYM: A to Z Music Library

In this swap, you'll have one partner and will send an A to Z Music Library list to him/her. The A to Z list can be comprised of musical artists, albums, songs or a combination of the three, but they should all be part of your personal music library (either actual CDs/records you own or part of your iTunes, etc.) This way, your partner will get an idea of your musical taste from your list and maybe find some new music for themselves!

ArtyBeth3 has been so kind as to let me use her sticker idea to make this a little more fun. Here's how it will work:

• Get yourself a set of alphabet stickers (A to Z). You can use all from one set, or you can mix it up and use different ones.

• Stick the letter “A” down on a piece of paper and next to it add a musical artist, album or song from your music library, noting which of the three that it is. You can write your list by hand, use a typewriter, or the computer. An example for "A" would be "Ryan Adams (artist)"

• Then move on to “B.” "Bye Bye Bye (song)" (yes, I have an N*sync CD. Don't judge!)

• Continue on with each letter until you have finished the whole alphabet.

• It's up to you whether you want to use the first or last name of the artist for the letter (Ryan Adams could be "R" or "A"), and you can use an artist like The Beatles as "B" or The Strokes as "S."

Feel free to share as many artists, songs or albums as you would like for each letter, meaning if you want to share more than one, go for it. You can also put a note about each if you would like (i.e. "This was my wedding song" or "I saw them in concert")

Also feel free to be creative and add other decorations to the letter and the envelope.

Since this swap isn't dependent upon reading our partner's profile, we can start it early if we want to :).
