Mandalas: Harvest Mandala

ONE drawn, painted, zentangled, or collaged MANDALA for one(1) partner.

Harvest theme – that may mean fall leaves in orange, red and green to your partner, or it may mean a mandala of cornucopias, fall harvest crops or hay bales, pumpkins, and candy corn, or something very different. If your view of harvest is unusual, a few words about it on the back would be welcome. Sender’s choice (of course, a peek at your partner's profile to make sure they do not hate Halloween before you do a jack-o-lantern aad scare-crow mandala would be nice). On the other hand, if you hate orange, this might not be the best one for you to join.

Some in our group want the option of making a book of mandalas so the format for this one remains a 6 x 6 inch mandala on a 7" X 6" sturdy paper. Make the mandala on the rightmost 6" X 6" area, leaving the leftmost inch as the area to bind it into a book using sturdy, stiff, at least 65# paper (at least cardstock weight). If you use lighter paper, please mount it to stiffer paper.

I’ve been trying to run group mandalas mid-month to mid-month since there is another mandala series that usually runs from the 1st to the end of the month.

Single color, or multi- colored , white or colored background, it’s up to you. Take your time and create a work of art for your partner. Have fun and relax...this is the beauty of creating mandalas! :)

PARTICIPATION: As this is a group swap, the following will likely not apply, but I try to include this in all of my swaps to keep everyone aware: I will ban anyone with unexplained recent 1's or 3's, and any newbies without a well-filled profile. The minimum rating to join is 4.8. I don't go through swappers until the day before assigning partners, so please don't get cold feet on me. I'll check profiles and reserve the right to ban at my discretion.
