Description:
If you are not tired yet of making envelopes from scratch then this us for you our 19 th time. I do believe most of you know how to do this. If not, just take apart an envie, trace it, fold it up, glue the sides and bingo! An envie.! Use paper from card stock, calendars, wallpaper, children's book pages, maps, anything that will suffice mailing by the person who receives them. No 1's in 2012 or 2013. 3s okay but I will check as to why and how many USA only. Make 3 envelopes 2 swappers. Equaling 6 total to do. Questions ? I check everyone's rating under 5.0

Please make them big enough for letters, cards, not gift card size.

I have been using the tape runner type "glue" on my envelopes. I noticed that some of my envies are not staying gluef. What type of glue do you all use on your envelopes? A big apology to my partners who have had their envelopes come unglued.

I use a wallpaper seam and repair adhesive on my envies. It seems to work on alot of stuff. It comes in a tube. With the way the USPS is these days I still clear wide tape glued edges to be safe with no matter what adhesive/glue that is used.

I use double sided tape or craft glue. That tape runner is really neat to use too.

I use a heavy duty craft glue stick. But I also use wallpaper for my envelopes, so I find with the glue they just naturally stay together better.

Having the envies become unglued after you glued them should not be any reason to rate down. It is nice to receive them that way, glued or taped, however you do it. Thank you all for giving ideas on how to do that and what you use. I just glue them back up.

I like envies made of cardstock or pattern paper. Not a fan of flimsy envelopes.
