What I like/dislike about Swapbot

Someone else may have had this idea, if so, I apologize. I am really curious to know what others might like/dislike about Swapbot. When I say "like/dislike" about Swapbot I mean things about partners or swaps that have happened to you. It can be what you would like to see in a swap or not like to see in a swap. Please DO NOT mention names unless it is a compliment.

  For example: I prefer when someone is rating me that 

they at least write a line about the swap. Not just rate me and leave me guessing.

You will need to list 5 likes and 5 dislikes. Or if you cannot think of that many dislikes you can replace them with likes.

You must have a rating of at least 4.98 to join this swap. NO 1's in the past 3 months. NO unexplained or unresolved 3's in the last 6 months. (pm me if you have questions. If you email your results, be sure to use BCC so as to blind carbon copy everyone. NO flakers please, if so, I will angel and ask that person
to rate you accordingly. You will have 5 partners, IF enough people sign up. PLEASE be kind and rate partners. If you must be late for any reason, please contact your partner prior to the send by date. If you must rate low, please make every attempt to resolve the issue before leaving a low rating.
