Dec. 7: letter writing day

Did you know that there is actually a letter writing day? In honor of this day, write a letter of at least two pages (or 1 1/2 typed) and tuck in a small flat surprise (stickers, postcard, notecard, etc) and mail your letter to your partner either on or as close to dec. 7 as possible. The idea here is to try and have your letter postmarked for dec. 7. I realize this may not be possible for everyone, myself included as I live in a very rural area, which is why as close to dec. 7 as possible is allowed. On your envelope, please write somewhere: "in celebration of national letter writing day!" Perhaps a thank you to the postal carrier would be appropriate to write on the envelope as well, but not necessary.

That's it.. Easy peasy.. One letter to one partner.
