I thought it would be great to receive someone else's masterpiece. For this swap you will KNIT or CROCHET your partner one scarf.

It is completely senders choice! No special requests. If you only want a scarf made from vegan wool sheered from a virgin sheep on the third full moon this is not the swap for you!

Simple swap

1 scarf AT least 3 feet long

1 partner

Canada and USA only

Senders Choice

NO DRAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can and will check profiles and ban anyone who seems sketchy. You can start your scarf now and have it ready to go

had to say I had a laugh wheni read this part.It is completely senders choice! No special requests. If you only want a scarf made from vegan wool sheered from a virgin sheep on the third full moon this is not the swap for you! good luck with your swap love to have joined international.

@ reauk. We've swapped before so you will be missed! I sent tea to the Ukraine last week and it cost $25 I can not imagine what a scarf would cost. Lol. Feel free to host you. Hope to swap with you in the future. Thanks for the invite to your group. I joined! Cheers

The only special request I would have is no wool as I am allergic. Is this OK? I really don't want to join and receive a scarf I can't use.

You people are so killing me :D I had to laugh so hard when I red the swap discription and the comments!! Thank you for the fun :D

Sorry no special requests. Having said that most people don't use real wool. It's expensive and heavy and more costly to mail. If you choose to join and receive wool you could regift or donate to a local charity. I have found if one request is okayed then someone else only will have just one request. Sorry this swap is senders choice.

Pity I'm in the UK. Would love to have joined, but then again, I insist on my sheep being sheared on a second full moon! Only joking. Wish it was international. Hope it goes well for you.

Feel free to host one. I bet reauk would do a private. Cheers

I'll have to pass on this one since I only crochet once in a blue moon. Because of this, I most likely would miss the "send date".

GrammaSherry 12/20/2013 #

@Deeno1105 - perhaps the next one will be a blue moon swap - using only Vegan wool. Cheers!

I am not sure I can knit a scarf quickly enough to be done by the sign up date, but I out this on my watch list for now :) while I start knitting away! If I'm not done in time for this swap hopefully you will host another and I'll be ready to go!

I too loved your discription, My daughter called me yesterday morning and said " how quick can you make two scarves?" I have been knitting the frilly ones for craft shows, I had two done by evening. I was slow at first, but you get faster if you make alot of them. one skein makes one scarf. count me in.

Yay. I am obsessed with the frilly ones!
