The 50 States ATC Swap #2

I had discussed with @Nightenbelle about sharing the responsibility of these State ATC swaps as she originally started them & she had ok'd that and we were going to take turns hosting. However, she has not been on since the end of November & is now partially suspended (Hope everything is OK !!). So, I am going to go ahead & get another one started and hopefully, she'll be back soon !!

For this swap you will have 2 partners & you will make 1 ATC for each of them based on your state. The name of the State has to be somewhere on the card, but otherwise, you can design it as you wish. You do not have to currently live in the state you choose. However, you should have extensive knowledge of the state (ie. you lived there before).

Rules:

1. Only 1 person per state may sign up.

2. You must currently live in the state you sign up for or have extensive knowledge of the state.

3. Please do not focus on current or recent political issues on your card. Let's just keep politics out of this and celebrate our states !

4. Minimum rating 4.8 with no unexplained 3s or 1s in the last six months. Newbies will be allowed. I will angel if necessary.

5. If you receive an ATC with your partner's state on it, you must rate a 5, even if it's not your style. This is sender's choice. If you don't like it, send it on later.

6. Please do the kind of work you would like to receive.

7. If you get the same partner as a previous round - please make a different ATC !!

8. OPTIONAL ~ Include a note to your partner that tells a little bit about your state, fun facts about your state, why you chose it, or how you like living there.

9. Post the state you are claiming in the comments. Do not claim a state until you actually join, not when you watchlist please. Also, if you need to drop out, please tell us that your state is now available. It's frustrating to have states claimed by people who dropped out or never joined.
