Creative Writing Challenge #1

This is the first in a series, if there is enough interest.

In this swap, you will choose one of your favorite books. Once you have a book in mind, you will create a brand new character to live within that book and write at least THREE full pages (8x10/A4) about him/her. You may go about this one of two ways ~ you can write the story as sort of a fan-fiction type thing where you write about your character within the book, OR you can just write about your character, who they would be, what they would be like but it doesn't have to be in story form.

Be creative and just have fun. Imagine yourself in that world and write about it. Give your charcter personality and life.

To recap ~

• Pick a book in which to use as a setting for your new character
• Write about a character you have made up
• Write about him/her in story form, OR just tell us about them
• Make sure your story is at LEAST THREE full pages by hand, or 1 full page typed (small font, no big margins)
