How about a handmade refrigerator magnet?

As a simple way to get some swapping going again in the group I thought what could we all use that would be easy to make? How about a couple of refrigerator magnets? So, for this swap you will handmake (no store bought's for this swap) a nice refrigerator magnet for your partner.

If you want to wait till partners are assigned that's cool, that way you could pick a theme from things she likes. Or, If you like to get started early just make something you would enjoy receiving.

Please don't just throw something together. Please make them nice and something your partner will enjoy displaying on her fridge.

You can purchase the little magnets at any craft store like Michael's, Hobby Lobby etc.

Some examples would be using old vintage buttons, a hand drawn picture on an atc size paper and sealed with gesso, a decorated or painted clothes pin, bottle caps, something made from felt and perhaps beads or lace...etc. You get the picture..There are also many examples on Etsy.com where you can get ideas to craft something of your own.
