2 partners each. * Send each partner an envelope with 20 cancelled REAL stamps. No more than 2 of each type. Try to make an effort to send stamps you hope the other person won't have. Please do not send fake stamps bought online that are intended for scrap booking. * Use real stamps on the envelope and decorate it so it looks like happy mail. The little bit of effort goes a long way :) * Rate 5 if get 20 stamps on or off paper.And max 2 of each type. * Rate 3 if you get something but it didn't meet requirements. * Ill leave the hearts up to you :)

Watch out! You might get hit with my rating- cause you will miss some lovely stamps. I have NO cancelled at present- but I do have NEW 1970's stamps. They have to be licked plus they have the stamps value on each stamp.
So by my not being able to take part, when it was not my fault but I bought a new computer. :-)
Help me get rid of my rating so I can share with some of the things I may that you may be looking for.
I can not bring my rating up if I am not allowed to join with you in some of the swaps. MiniQuilt

The requirement is for cancelled stamps miniquilt. Not new ones.

I saw your ratings. If you don't have a computer you need to go to a library or a friends house or use a phone or go to an internet cafe. So it kinda is your fault.

Anyways I'm sorry but for this swap the rating requirement stands at 4.99 and cancelled stamps.
