M/L/FT - Jewellery

The idea for this swap was taken from a suggestion made on the forum.

You will send your partner a piece of jewellery with a myth, legend or fairytale image/design/influence.

It could be shop bought, or for you talented crafters, handmade is ok. For a rough idea, you should spend approx. £5-7/$7-9, or if handmade approx. 2 hours of your time (this is all approximate, just to try to give a guideline).

So, you could send a necklace, bracelet, pair of earrings etc. Please comment below with any specific no-no’s (i.e. if you don’t have your ears pierced, you won’t want earrings). Please also comment with some suggestions as to your favourite myths or legends so your partner can refer to this for ideas. You cannot request specific items, it is just to give your partner some ideas. So for example, you could comment that your favourite mythology is Celtic, or your favourite fairytale is Snow White.

As it is possible/probable that you may have to order something to fulfill this swap, I am going to give slightly longer on the send time to give plenty of time for things to arrive. Obviously, it’s always nice to send a note with your swap, but at the minimum, please send a note with details of your name and the swap name so you can be easily rated.

I am not setting a rating as it is a group swap, but as always I reserve the right to remove anyone I can foresee being a problem. If you have any late swaps on your dash on the day of partners being assigned you will be removed from the swap.
